This circuit is focused on completing the exercises in the shortest amount of time possible. In this circuit there are only 3 exercises and should be completed back to back. This circuit will go for 10 rounds. Start the workout by doing one repetition of each exercise, moving to 2 repetitions then 3. Complete the circuit until you reach 10 repetitions. Use your stopwatch to time yourself and take a break if you need. This circuit is focused on toning and sculpting your lower body, creating the perfect at-home full body workout.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your chest up. Lower to a seated position and then extend your legs back to standing. You should feel this in the tops of your thighs.
Works: Thighs, glutes, hamstrings
Lay on your stomach and place your hands beside your chest, elbows bent. Embracing your abdominals extend your arms to lift your body up to a plank position.
Beginner variation: Complete the movement on your knees
Works: Biceps, Triceps and Back
Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet hip-width apart. Engage your core and lift your upper body up. Slowly bring your back down to starting position.
Beginner variation: Complete the movement with just a pulse
