Domestic shipping (AU)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post, whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to your order or cancel your order. However, we offer 30-day returns. You can learn more here.
The above chart is a general guide only. Please refer to Australia Post for exact delivery dates. Deliveries to interstate WA, SA, TAS, NT and/or country and remote areas may take up to 7 business days*. Guaranteed next business day delivery is available within the express post delivery network only. If you live outside of the qualifying postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.
*In the event of peak periods, public holiday, road accidents, bush fires, extreme storm weather deliveries could take longer than expected and is out of our control. Please visit Australia Post for full details.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods. Kabana is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels during transit.
Return to Sender parcels due to incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $5 restocking fee and the return shipping cost. This will be automatically deducted from your account.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in Burleigh Heads and West End (Qld). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please only collect once you have received a text or email to say your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are the same as the opening hours of the stores; you can see them here. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have an account with Kabana you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account; or you can use our order tracker.

International shipping (NZ)
We use Australia Post International to ship all products purchased from this website.

At this stage we only ship to New Zealand for items purchased on kabanashop.com.au.
New Zealand – We have a $15 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this. Please allow at least 5-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@kabanashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
