HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed & unaltered with original tags intact. All items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

You can return your items for an exchange, to swap size, change the colour or pick a different style. Make sure to include a note back with your package. We recommend emailing enquiries@kabanashop.com to check stock to put aside for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please allow at least one week for your return to reach our warehouse, based on Australia Post shipping times. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you were shipped an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately by contacting enquiries@kabanashop.com. We will send you the correct product with a return bag or label to send back the incorrect product.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We aim to ensure every order is delivered meeting our quality standards. If your order is received with any fault, please report your concern to our customer care team at enquiries@kabanashop.com and please include 1-2 images of the damaged or defective product.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON SALE?

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are eligible for Store Credit only provided they meet our standard return policy requirements. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Note: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund including Lucky Dip Bags.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

If your purchase included a free gift as part of a promotion, the gift must be returned along with the original item in order to qualify for a full refund. We cannot process returns or issue refunds if the free gift is not included in the return package.

FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES

Full-priced items that were purchased using a discount code are eligible for a store credit or exchange only, provided they meet the conditions of our standard return policy. Please note that the store credit will be the price paid after applying the discount code, not the original full price.
