All orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–8 business days depending on your location. We ship via Australia Post.

We accept returns on eligible items within your return window, provided products are unused and in original condition. Check full policy here .

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already marked down or included in a sale promotion.

Your discount code will only apply to eligible full-price items. Sale items will remain at their discounted sale price.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Order your pieces, try them at home, and only pay for what you keep.

Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.

You’ll have 4 days after delivery to try everything on and make your decision.

We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.

Use the return option provided in your order confirmation. Just send back what you don’t love within the trial window.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Yes — we recommend ordering multiple sizes to find your best fit.

Any items not returned within the trial period will be automatically charged. If you still wish to return you can return as a normal return back to the warehouse and we will process once received.

All full priced clothing items are eligible. EXCLUDES ALL SALE & ALL PRE SALE ITEMS.
