Even though it’s only been a short amount of time since social distancing has been implemented into our daily lives, we are all starting to get a little restless. Whether you’re stuck at home by yourself, attempting to work from home or trying to fill your days, we’ve got you. We understand that, for most, self-isolation is a daunting concept, but we encourage you to stay positive and make the most of the time you have to yourself.

Now is a great time to try your hand in the kitchen (if you don’t already). Try some new delicious and nourishing recipes and hone in on your skills in the kitchen. Cooking is a great way to keep your mind busy and entertained. Try cooking something new from our amazing cookbooks.

When it comes to creating time to work on you and focusing on finding peace, let’s face it, we never get around to it. With all of the newfound free time on our hands, what better time than to look inside ourselves and reflect. Take this time to practice mindfulness, journaling, meditation or yoga and let yourself be present. Find peace while wearing your calm essential oil and burning some incense.

If implementing a self-care routine into your day or taking a bath seemed time consuming in the past, the present is here. Take this time to soak your body in a warm salty bath to relax and boost your magnesium levels. Or find a new skin-care routine, cleanse, put on a mask, burn a candle and catch up on some reading. See how we do an at home facial.

Take this time to find your hidden talent or your newfound passion. Get painting, drawing or even craft some pottery. You never know, it could be a hidden talent that you never knew you had.

There is no time like the present when it comes to at-home workouts and focusing on you. Take this time to move your body and keep active throughout this stagnant time. Moving your body in isolation is extremely important, not only for your muscles and joints but for your mental health. Follow our at home workouts and get motivated with some brand new beautiful yoga wear.
