Poor customer service

I ordered the wrong size of this top and emailed them straight away to see if the could change the side to the one I meant to order. I did not hear back so I emailed the next day and the next . Still no communication back to me. The idea was sent and because it was on special I could not exchange the top.
My fault entirely but it would have been nice for them to reply to my emails
