We hope you adore our unique & ageless pieces. If you are not in love with your purchase, please see below details regarding our returns & exchanges.
General
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Use of this site and the placing of an order on this site acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
If there are any errors on this website Kabana Design Pty Ltd maintains the right to refund part or all of your order prior to dispatch.
All care is taken to ensure stock is available for all items showing as being available on the website. In the rare instance of an item not being available customers will be refunded the full cost of the order.
Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control will not render Kabana Design Pty Ltd liable for any loss suffered by the customer and does not constitute a reason for the customer to cancel the order and seek a refund.
Kabana Design Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any loss suffered by the customer as the result of the cancellation of any order by Kabana Design Pty Ltd.
No compensation will be paid in the case of any fault, error, omission or for the cancellation of any order.
RETURNS
All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed & unaltered with original tags intact.
All items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame will be issued with a store credit to the value of the original selling price.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price if returned within the 14-day period
Returns are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email.
For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. Please check with your bank if you have not received your money back after receiving the refund notification.
Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Kabana Shop may have made an error. You will be responsible for any shipping return costs. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method as Kabana Shop cannot accept responsibility for items not received or that may have been damaged in transit.
You are eligible for a Full Refund (less postage) if you:
Purchased a product at Full Price and have returned the product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
We cannot guarantee we can exchange the garments for another. If you wish to exchange we reccommend emailing enquiries@kabanashop.com to check stock first.
You are eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit (less postage) if you: purchased a product at Full Price with a discount code.
All Sale items can be returned for a Store Credit only.
PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODE
You are eligible for an Exchange or Store credit if you purchase a full price product with a discount code.
MYSTERY BAGS
Mystery bags are final sale product, no returns or exchanges offered.
FAULTY
We aim to ensure every order is delivered meeting our quality standards. If your order is received with any fault, please report your concern to our customer care team at enquiries@kabanashop.com and please include 1-2 images of the damaged or defective product. We are always here to assist.
WRONG PRODUCT
If you were shipped an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately by contacting enquiries@kabanashop.com. We will send you the correct product with a return bag to send back the incorrect product to ensure a smooth process for you.
JEWELLERY
Due to the nature of this product type these products are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS
We’re unable to process returns for opened and/or used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased online, or in-store must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team on enquiries@kabanashop.com, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon receiving the relevant gift with purchase:
- Promotions are only applicable to orders over the minimum value threshold specified in the offer.
- Where there is a free gift promotion you must return the gift with your item to receive a full refund. No returns will be accepted if the free gift with purchase is not included in the return package.
- Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Some promotions specify, in the conditions displayed at checkout, that items purchased under the promotion can be returned for store credit only (in the absence of any fault).
- For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must remain at or over this amount after any returns for the offer to continue to apply.
- Kabana Shop takes no responsibility for promotions that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Kabana Shop reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Full priced products can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
