Returning an Item

Thank you for shopping with Kabana! We hope you love your new item/s as much as we do!

Our 30 day exchanges or returns are for any new, unworn and unwashed items, found in their original packaging. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser unless a fault has occurred with the item. If there is a fault, we will fully evaluate this through our loving customer care service team and look after you appropriately!

Please note: online purchases can only be exchanged online. In store purchases can only be exchanged in store.

Yes! We offer a full refund for a change-of mind on full priced items only, as long as the item is in completely original condition with tags (as noted above). Remember – you can only return online purchases to the online store. In-store purchases may be returned to either our Gold Coast or Brisbane stores.

We offer two ways to make a return/exchange:

1. Add your Order Number and email on our Returns Center.

2. Send items with the original invoice directly to:

Returning an Item on Sale

You can return any Sale item/s purchased online or in-store within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. No refunds will be offered on sale items, instead we will process the return by happily offering you a Kabana Shop credit for the full amount paid for the item/s to be used in-store or online, these item/s must be new, unworn and unwashed, found in their original packaging with tags attached. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser unless a fault has occurred with the item to which we will evaluate through our loving customer care service. Now go on add-to-cart guilt free!

  • 14 day return policy if items are unworn, tags attached and in original condition
  • A Kabana Credit will be given and no refunds* will be processed
  • *Refunds will only be processed if the customer’s item is faulty
  • Exchanges will be accepted
  • Please note during busy sales periods our return processing time is 1-3 business days once we receive your return.

It is considered a sale item any item purchased at a discounted price, either from an explicitly declared final price or through the use of a coupon code.

Final Sale

All sales are Final on:

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, unless faulty.
  • Final sale products are clearly marked on the product page, please take note prior to purchase.

 

Beauty and Wellness Return Policy

We’re unable to process returns for opened and or used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased on kabanashop.com or in-store must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with original packaging to our returns warehouse.

If Beauty and Wellness are purchased in store the products can only be returned to stores which carry Beauty and Wellness products. Items must be unopened and unused in order for Kabana to accept the return.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team on enquiries@kabanashop.com, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.

 

Sales & Offers

All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon receiving the relevant gift with purchase:

- Promotions are only applicable to orders over the minimum value threshold specified in the offer.
- Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Some promotions specify, in the conditions displayed at checkout, that items purchased under the promotion can be returned for store credit only (in the absence of any fault).
- For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must remain at or over this amount after any returns for the offer to continue to apply.
- Kabana Shop takes no responsibility for promotions that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Sale items, including those covered by further discounts, can only be returned for store credit (in the absence of any fault)
- Kabana Shop reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
