Leafy Greens Seed balls are carefully selected non-GMO Greens seeds rolled in our special blend of worm castings & compost (for nutrients), mineral clay (to protect the seeds from birds and insects) and a sprinkle of chilli powder (to deter snails and slugs).

  • Each tin contains 24 balls
  • Each ball has 10-50 seeds depending on the seed variety.
  • Included in the leafy Greens Seed Balls are Mizuna, Rocket, Mustard Tendergreens and Chicory.

    REFUND

    You are eligible for a Full Refund if you:
    Purchased a product at Full Price and have returned the product within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

     

    EXCHANGE OR CREDIT

    You are eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit if you: purchased a product at Full Price with a discount code.
    Sale items not marked Final Sale can be returned for a Store Credit only.

     

    PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODE

    You are eligible for an Exchange or Store credit if you purchase a full price product with a discount code.

     

    FINAL SALE

    Items purchased at 50% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

    Final sale products are clearly marked on the product page and in all our marketing assets relating to the products that fall into this category at the time.

    FAULTY

    We aim to ensure every order is delivered meeting our quality standards. If your order is received with any fault, please report your concern to our customer care team at enquiries@kabanashop.com and please include 1-2 images of the damaged or defective product. We are always here to assist.

     

    WRONG PRODUCT

    If you were shipped an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately by contacting enquiries@kabanashop.com. We will send you the correct product with a return bag to send back the incorrect product to ensure a smooth process for you.

     

    JEWELLERY

    Due to the nature of this product type these products are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

     

    BEAUTY PRODUCTS

    We’re unable to process returns for opened and/or used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased online, or in-store must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with original packaging.

    In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team on enquiries@kabanashop.com, who will be happy to assist in arranging your return or exchange.

     

    EXTRA RETURNS INFO

    All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed & unaltered with original tags intact.

    All items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe will be issued with a store credit to the value of the original selling price.

    A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price if returned within the 14-day period

    Most returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email.

    For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.

    Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Kabana Shop may have made an error. You will be responsible for any shipping return costs. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method as Kabana Shop cannot accept responsibility for items not received or that may have been damaged in transit.

    Size guide

    Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

    Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement. If you generally wear your clothes below your waist, take that measurement as well.

    Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks. Because making sure the tape is level back there can be hard, try to do it in front of a mirror.

      All standard deliveries orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia for $12. These orders will be sent with Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

      All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are processed the same business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

      14 Day Returns

      We hope you are happy with your new purchase, but if you aren’t we have done you a favour… you can return any full price item purchased online within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags attached.

      Our 14-day exchanges or returns are for any new, unworn and unwashed items, found in their original packaging. The shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser unless a fault has occurred with the item to which we will evaluate through our loving customer care service. Now go on add-to-cart guilt-free!
