Entry into the MTA and Kabana travel & wardrobe competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

1. Competition overview
To enter, entrants must fill out the online form which subscribes them to receive emails from both MTA Travel and Kabana shop. Entrants must use a valid email address. Only one entry per entrant permitted.
The promotion commences on  1^st November 2023 and ends on Sunday 10th December 2023 (“Promotional Period”).

2. Promoter
   The promoter of this Competition is MTA Travel (ABN 65 603 064 044) & Kabana Shop (ABN 17 610 563 267).
3. Eligibility
   To be eligible to enter the Competition:
   You must be a resident of Australia
   You must provide a valid contact number and email address
   MTA & Kabana Shop may disqualify you if:
   You or your Entry do not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions
4. Winner Selection
   There will be one (1) winner in total for the duration of the promotional period.
   The winner will be drawn on the 12th December 2023. 
5. Prize
   The total prize value is $2,000.
   The winner will receive: One (1) x MTA Travel Voucher with a value of AUD 1000 and One (1) x Kabana Voucher valid online or instore with a value of AUD 1000.

The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. The winner will be contacted using the winner’s details included in their signup form at the time of joining. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect details included in the winner’s contact information.

6. Ownership and responsibility
   By entering this competition, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the promoter via e-mail in relation to this competition.
   The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
   Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
   The winner/s must claim and confirm their eligibility to accept the prize as stated, within 5 working days from the draw date and will be notified in writing of the prize they have won and how the prize will be delivered. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as prescribed by the law of the State or Territory of Australia in which the prize winner resides, they will forfeit the prize and another second chance winner will be offered the prize. The second chance winner/s will be drawn at the Promoters premises 5 working days from the 1st draw date and will be notified by telephone and via email.
   All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes, subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy.
